EtherScope permette di risolvere i problemi di accesso alle reti e incorpora avanzate funzioni di diagnostica che semplificano la manutenzione degli apparati di commutazione. EtherScope è ingegnerizzato per essere piccolo, leggero e duraturo per poter essere usato in campo e per offrire tante e tali prestazioni da permettere al tecnico di lasciare il PC portatile in ufficio. EtherScope può testare le reti alla velocità di un gigabit sia sui doppini di rame full duplex 10/100/1000 sia sulle interfacce per fibra ottica SX, LX o ZX.

La serie II di EtherScope aggiunge le funzionalità di analisi sulle reti wireless 802.11 a/b/g e permette di gestire le moderne reti miste con e senza fili. Offre un completo set di test che rilevano informazioni dettagliate sulla forza dei segnali RF, sui punti d’accesso alla rete, sulla configurazione dei client e sull’utilizzo effettivo delle reti.
