Diodes Incorporated: nuovo packet switch PCI Express 3.0
Diodes Incorporated ha annunciato PI7C9X3G816GP, un packet switch PCIe 3.0 che supporta il funzionamento a 16 linee in configurazioni flessibili a 2, 3, 4, 5 e 8 porte. Progettato per soddisfare esigenze di prestazioni avanzate, questo switch è particolarmente adatto per infrastrutture di rete e telecomunicazioni, sistemi di sicurezza, sistemi di failover, AI e deep learning, NAS, schede HBA e applicazioni per data center.
L’ampia gamma di temperature di esercizio da -40°C a +85°C lo rende interessante anche per un numero crescente di applicazioni industriali, come IPC embedded e sistemi di controllo industriale.
PI7C9X3G816GP può essere configurato per avere più combinazioni di larghezza di porta/linee, come upstream, downstream e cross-domain end-point (CDEP), per supportare la connettività fan-out e dual-host.
Lo switch supporta inoltre tre strutture di clock di riferimento e integra più canali di accesso diretto alla memoria (DMA) per facilitare una comunicazione efficiente tra l’host (o gli host) e gli endpoint connessi.
