Esponendo in un recente evento a Francoforte le loro ultime strategie, prodotti, soluzioni e servizi per l’automazione dei vari settori industriali, Siemens Automation and Drives (A&D) e Siemens Industrial Solutions and Services (I&S) hanno sottolineato ancora una volta il concetto di fondo della necessità di gestire tutti i processi e le procedure aziendali secondo un approccio olistico, attraverso la strategia Tia (Totally Integrated Automation).

L’utilizzo di un ambiente di sviluppo unitario dei vari componenti di un progetto industriale deve infatti essere la base per ingegnerizzare in maniera omogenea i processi di intere linee di produzione.

I problemi chiave del mondo industriale sono l’ottimizzazione dei flussi di produzione e dei consumi di energia, per ottenere una riduzione dei costi e un recupero della competitività.
In questo scenario, ha detto il presidente di Siemens A&D Helmut Gierse, “Continueremo a sviluppare la nostra gamma di prodotti e servizi per l’automazione per essere sempre nella condizione d’integrare con facilità tutte le tecnologie del mercato nella nostra architettura globale”.

La stessa filosofia è usata anche da Siemens I&S, uno dei fornitori di primo piano di soluzioni per l’infrastruttura degli impianti. “Osservando le cose nel loro insieme e combinando la conoscenza di processo con l’ingegneria elettrica – ha dichiarato il presidente di Siemens I&S Joergen Ole Haslestad – I&S è oggi nella posizione di ottimizzare gli impianti e i sottoprocessi per l’industria e l’infrastruttura sia in termini tecnologici che economici. Con le nostre soluzioni di processo, modernizzazione delle fabbriche e servizi on site stiamo stabilendo i trend per il futuro e mantenendo la capacità competitiva dei nostri clienti a livello mondiale”.

Explaining in a recent event in Frankfurt their latest strategies, products, solutions and services for the factory automation in several industries, Siemens Automation and Drives (A&D) e Siemens Industrial Solutions and Services (I&S) underlined one more time the basic concept to manage all the processes and business procedures with a holistic approach, through the Tia (Totally Integrated Automation) strategy.
The usage of an integrated development environment for the various components of an industrial project has to be the foundation to engineer in a homogeneous way the processes of the entire production lines.
The key problems in the industrial world are the production workflows and energy consumption optimization, to achieve costs reduction and save competitiveness.
In this scenario, “We will continue to develop our range of automation products and services and will therefore be in a position to easily integrate all market-related technologies into our total architecture” Helmut Gierse, president of Siemens A&D, said.
The same philosophy is applied by Siemens I&S, one of the biggest providers of infrastructure solutions for the plants. “By looking at things as a whole and combining process knowledge with electrical engineering, I&S is in a position today to optimize plants and subprocesses for industry and infrastructure in both technological and economic terms. With our process solutions, plant modernization and service on site we are setting the trends for the future and maintaining the competitiveness of our customers worldwide” Joergen Ole Haslestad, president of Siemens I&S, declared.
