Vincotech announced a new line of modules engineered to deliver switching frequencies up to 50 kHz. The flowBOOST 1 symmetric are able to provide a symmetric boost in 1300 V or a buck boost in 650 V applications using the latest 650 V Infineon TRENCHSTOP IGBT5 (H5 and S5) to boost efficiency (>99 %) and cut system costs.
Modules support 100 A and 150 A applications, come in low-inductive 36 x 82 mm flow 1 housings, and are the solution of choice for downsizing bulky transformers and DC link capacitors.
