duagon introduces the new G28, a 3U CompactPCI Serial CPU board featuring the 11th generation Intel Core and Intel Xeon W-11000E Series processors/ Tiger Lake-H CPUs.
With up to 8 cores and up to 64 GB RAM, the single board computer is well suited for high-end embedded computing rail onboard, rail wayside, the medical and critical automation industry. Optional 10 Gb Ethernet interfaces allow for high data throughput and direct connection to the network backbone. Fully qualified products of the G28 will be available from September.
Supported operating systems include Linux Yocto Project distributions, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 64-bit as well as real-time operating systems that support Intel’s multi-core architecture. Long-term availability of the components of minimum ten years ensures an extended product life and future safety. The G28 is backwards compatible to the predecessor products G25, G25A and G23.
